We're building an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform that helps CA firms, ESG consultants, and enterprises simplify BRSR reporting, ESG data collection, GHG calculations, and assurance workflows.
We're looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer Intern who enjoys solving complex product problems and creating intuitive, beautiful user experiences.
Must Have
- Good knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of UI and UX principles.
- Experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Good understanding of typography, spacing, colors, and layouts.
- Basic knowledge of responsive web design.
- Strong attention to detail.
Good to Have
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products.
- Experience designing dashboards or admin panels.
- Familiarity with Design Systems and Auto Layout.
- Understanding of Material Design or similar design guidelines.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or frontend development.
- Knowledge of AI design tools.
Founder Expectations
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Relume, etc.) are encouraged to improve productivity, but you are expected to understand and take ownership of every design you create.
- Think beyond visuals—understand business goals, user problems, and product requirements before designing.
- Create clean, modern, and professional interfaces with strong usability.
- Follow design system principles and maintain consistency across the product.
- Be open to feedback and continuously improve your designs.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a professional work ethic.
