About the Company
Parat Haben Systems is transforming water management with JalShield, an innovative wireless water automation system that protects water pumps, prevents overflow, and ensures smart water management for homes, apartments, commercial buildings, and industries. We are expanding our sales team and looking for passionate, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executives to help us grow across the region.
Compensation Models:
Option 1 – Fixed Salary ₹15,000/month Monthly Sales Target: 40 JalShield units Performance-based growth opportunities.
Option 2 – Incentive-Based ₹500 incentive per JalShield unit sold Unlimited earning potential No cap on incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. Meet builders, plumbers, electricians, hardware dealers, pump dealers, distributors, RWAs, and homeowners. Demonstrate the features and benefits of JalShield. Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Build long-term customer relationships. Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records. Coordinate with the operations team for successful installations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or Undergraduate Experience in Sales, Marketing, FMCG, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Materials, Home Appliances, Water Purifiers, Pumps, Solar, IoT, or Automation products is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred for field work.
