Job Description
Nexora Global Life Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and communication-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Associate.
The role involves customer interaction, product presentation, lead generation, follow-up and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential customers.
- Explain company products and offers to interested customers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations.
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups.
- Participate in business-development activities.
- Work with the team to achieve assigned targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales/business-development experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Incentive Structure
Performance-based incentives: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000+ per month
Actual incentive depends on individual performance, sales/business generated and the applicable company incentive structure. This is not a guaranteed fixed salary.
Joining & Product Purchase
- No joining fee.
- No compulsory product purchase for joining the role.
- Compensation/incentives are performance-based.
Accommodation
Accommodation facility is available at ₹3,500 per month.
The accommodation charge is separate from the incentive/earning structure. Candidates should confirm accommodation requirements and applicable terms before joining.
