Vocational trainer should cover the allotted schools minimum 2 times in the week. ii. The minimum qualification of the Vocational trainer should be Graduation with at least 1 year Diploma Course in ITI/Computer/IT and good communication skills. 3.2. Responsibilities of Vocational Trainer: i. Program Oversight and Monitoring: supervise the implementation of vocational education programs across 5 designated schools, ensuring adherence to curriculum, schedule, and training quality. ii. Trainer Coordination: regularly coordinate with school-level Vocational teachersto track lesson completion, classroom delivery standards, and daily attendance. iii. Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic classroom observations, review training material usage, and verify skill lab functionality to ensure consistency and quality across allschools. iv. Assessment and Evaluation Support: Facilitate the organization of formative and summative assessments and ensure standardized evaluation practices across the cluster. v. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain consolidated reports for all assigned schools.
