We are hiring a Front Desk Executive with a hospitality background to manage reception and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk operations and calls
- Welcome and assist visitors/clients
- Manage visitor flow and coordinate with security
- Maintain reception area and housekeeping standards
- Support admin tasks (documentation, scanning, dispatch)
- Prepare meeting/training rooms
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Hospitality / Hotel Management background preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and organized
Languages:
- Hindi & Kannada (Mandatory)
- Tamil (Added advantage)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
