We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our inbound sales performance, sales team accountability, coaching systems, and revenue operations. This role is responsible for managing daily sales floor activity, improving conversions, driving team performance, and building scalable sales processes.
The ideal candidate is a strong operator, coach, and revenue-focused leader who can create structure, accountability, and consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily sales floor operations and team performance
- Manage inbound lead flow and speed-to-contact performance
- Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline activity
- Conduct call reviews, coaching sessions, and performance feedback
- Improve sales scripts, objection handling, and follow-up systems
- Ensure accountability across the sales team
- Analyze missed opportunities and conversion leaks
- Maintain strong CRM and pipeline discipline
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with leadership to improve revenue strategy
- Build scalable sales processes and operational systems
- Drive a high-performance and results-oriented sales culture
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead allocation and pipeline review
- Sales rep coaching and live call monitoring
- Follow-up enforcement and opportunity tracking
- Team performance reviews and leaderboard management
- End-of-day sales reporting and conversion analysis
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, inside sales management, or revenue leadership
- Strong understanding of inbound sales processes and CRM systems
- Experience managing sales teams and improving conversions
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and KPI management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Experience with call reviews, QA, and performance improvement preferred
