Technical Merchandising & Production Manager (Jaipur)

We are looking for a hands-on, highly accountable professional based in Jaipur to own the journey from concept to warehouse delivery.
### Your Responsibilities
✅ Product Development & Sampling
* Work closely with founders to understand design intent
* Coordinate pattern development and grading
* Manage proto samples, fit samples, and pre-production samples
* Ensure final garments match approved designs and measurements
✅ Factory & Production Management
* Be physically present at manufacturing facilities
* Track daily production progress
* Follow up with vendors, pattern masters, and sampling teams
* Ensure timelines are met and issues are resolved proactively
✅ Fit & Quality Ownership
* Conduct fit reviews and recommend corrections
* Maintain approved measurement specifications
* Perform inline and final quality inspections
* Ensure every garment meets Leela Karighar quality standards
✅ Fabric Utilization & Cost Control
* Monitor fabric consumption and wastage
* Improve marker efficiency and cutting utilization
* Recommend creative use of leftover fabrics
* Maintain production and wastage reports
✅ Dispatch & Delivery
* Coordinate packing and shipment readiness
* Ensure accurate dispatch to Kerala warehouse
* Verify quantities, quality, and documentation before shipment
### Ideal Candidate
*3+ years experience in apparel manufacturing, export houses, or buying houses
* Strong understanding of women's wear construction and garment production
* Experience in pattern development, sampling, fitting, and quality control
* Excellent vendor management and factory coordination skills
* Willing to spend significant time on factory floors
* Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly accountable
