We are looking for an experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow our IT and cybersecurity business in the Mumbai region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key clients, developing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand sales operations across the assigned Mumbai territory.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and system integrators.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Prepare and execute territory-wise sales plans and strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Handle key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT / Cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, IT infrastructure, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close enterprise-level deals.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and territory management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby regions.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling firewalls, endpoint security, cloud security, SOC services, or network solutions.
- Existing corporate and channel partner network in Mumbai.
- Experience handling large accounts and government/enterprise clients.
