Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and self-driven Technologist – Simulation engineer specializing in thermal analysis, digital twin development, and advanced simulation techniques. Provides expert analytical insights through parametric studies, correlation of simulation and experimental data, and technical leadership across cross functional teams. Drives simulation projects from investigation to delivery, producing high quality reports, documentation, and contributions to the broader technical community through seminars, publications, and patents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executes thermal simulation tasks as individual contributor and expert.
- Conduct simulation for development and validation of product, application, and systems CFD/FEA models, engineering calculators, and algorithms.
- To maintain knowledge of advanced simulation techniques.
- Collaborate with different groups to build digital twin models.
- Provides analytical solutions by performing parametric simulations
- Provides technical expertise by comparing simulation results with experimental data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations
- Drives technical investigations and simulation projects to completion
- Ensures timely delivery of simulation results and documentation of simulation projects
- Participates in team meetings and technology building blocks for new products and service projects
- Maintains knowledge of advanced simulation techniques
- Participates in continuous improvement to enhance product performance through innovative thinking
- Provides technical leadership, composes technical reports and delivers seminars
- Provide technical leadership through technical reports, published papers, seminars, patents, and active participation in the technical community (Industry Associations).

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher education in Engineering or Science
- Previous experience of 5+ years using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software such as ANSYS CFX, FLUENT, ICEPAK for product development.
- Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid dynamics and basic electrical engineering
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
