- Assisting in installation of air conditioners and refrigerators
- Helping with servicing, maintenance, and repair work
- Checking gas/refrigerant levels and identifying leaks
- Cleaning filters, coils, condensers, and cooling units
- Learning wiring connections and electrical troubleshooting
- Testing compressors, thermostats, relays, and motors
- Using tools like multimeters, vacuum pumps, gauges, and manifolds
- Supporting preventive maintenance visits
