Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Ensure the office premises remain clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Facility & Asset Management
- Maintain office assets, furniture, equipment, and inventory records.
- Coordinate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of office utilities and infrastructure.
Vendor Management
- Identify and coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance work.
- Obtain quotations and compare costs.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Verify vendor bills before submission for payment.
Inventory Management
- Maintain records of stationery, housekeeping materials, and office consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and place purchase requests as required.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain administrative files and records.
- Manage agreements, invoices, purchase records, and vendor documents.
- Prepare administrative reports for management.
Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales, Site Engineers, and other departments.
- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting records.
- Assist management in administrative planning and execution.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Support safety, security, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
Visitor Management
- Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements.
General Administration
- Handle courier, dispatch, and document management.
- Arrange travel and accommodation when required.
- Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
