- Set up and operate CNC/NC Press Brake machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, bend schedules, and work orders.
- Select and install the correct punches, dies, and tooling.
- Perform accurate bending operations as per specifications and tolerances.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, height gauges, and angle gauges.
- Make machine parameter adjustments to achieve quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records and report machine issues promptly.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
