Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Bath Fittings & Sanitary Ware
Location: Mysuru, Karnataka
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with relevant experience in the Bath Fittings and Sanitary Ware industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge of faucets, sanitary ware, and bathroom solutions, along with the ability to build strong channel partnerships and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
- Drive channel sales and achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
- Promote and generate demand for the company's range of faucets, sanitary ware, and bath fitting products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
- Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, orders, collections, and customer support requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Execute sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize market penetration.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Bath Fittings, Faucets, Sanitary Ware, CP Fittings, Tiles, Building Materials, or related industries.
- Strong product knowledge of faucets, sanitary ware, and bathroom solutions is mandatory.
- Good market network with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
- Candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days may also be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and suitability).
