Position Overview
- Job Title: Software Engineer (Cloud)
- Team: Service Lifecycle Management (SLM)
- Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years
- Location: Pune (On-site)
- Education: Strictly BE / B.Tech / M.Tech only (Candidates with BCA / BCS backgrounds will not be considered)
Key Responsibilities
- SaaS Development: Participate in the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based SaaS solutions.
- Backend Systems: Build robust, highly scalable backend services and APIs.
- Prototyping: Develop rapid POCs and technical demos for customers and key stakeholders.
- Agile Collaboration: Partner closely within fast-paced Agile sprint teams alongside product managers.
- Architecture: Continuously learn new technologies and provide proactive recommendations for architectural and performance improvements.
Technical Skill Set
Mandatory Skills (Core Stack) Crucial Requirement: The ideal candidate profile must reflect an 80% Backend (Node.js) and 20% Frontend (React) skill distribution.
- Core Languages & Ecosystem: Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Frontend Engineering: Solid exposure to React.js and modern frontend technologies.
- Architecture & Paradigms: Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and REST API design.
- Engineering Principles: Strong command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Product Experience: Proven experience building enterprise-scale SaaS products with hands-on coding (not just support or maintenance work).
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with multi-tenant application development and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Containerization using Docker.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Prior exposure to the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or SLM (Service Lifecycle Management) domains.
- Experience developing B2B Web Portals.
