We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Podcast Editor to edit engaging podcast content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook.
The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, modern editing sense, and experience creating both long-form and short-form content.
Responsibilities
- Edit full-length podcast episodes
- Create short clips, reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics
- Improve audio and video quality
- Sync audio/video footage professionally
- Add branding elements like intro/outro and lower thirds
- Optimize videos for social media platforms
- Meet content deadlines consistently
Requirements
- Experience with:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Strong understanding of podcast editing and pacing
- Knowledge of YouTube and social media trends
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Portfolio/sample work required
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics
- Thumbnail design
- Basic sound design
- Experience editing interview content
