Location: Lakme Academy, RR Nagar – Bangalore
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counsellor to lead our academy. Minimum experience- 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve enrollment targets
Generate walk-ins through effective marketing & networking
Convert leads into admissions
Motivate and lead the team towards business goals
Requirements:
Strong sales and leadership skills
Excellent communication & convincing ability
Ability to work under targets and deliver results
