About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Full Stack) to lead our software development team in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive projects from concept to deployment while ensuring engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Developers.
- Design scalable system architecture and develop robust web applications.
- Convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and maintain software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UI/UX, QA, and Business stakeholders.
- Plan and manage Agile sprints, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Identify technical risks and implement effective solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Oversee deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong understanding of scalable architecture and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
