Job Summary
Technoskill Facade Experts Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity verification, client billing, subcontractor billing, and cost tracking for façade and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQs, billing procedures, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit client RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Verify work quantities as per approved drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Maintain BOQs, work orders, and billing records.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Accounts for timely billing and payment processing.
- Track project progress and reconcile billed quantities with executed work.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Monitor variations, extra items, and change orders.
- Assist in cost control and project budgeting.
- Prepare billing reports, MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and billing procedures.
