CK’s Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 22000:2018 and FSSAI-certified manufacturer of food ingredients — preservatives, emulsifiers, flavours, and bakery improvers — trusted by distributors, bakeries, and food manufacturers across India for over a decade. CK’s is entering a significant growth phase with plans to expand across India and into GCC markets.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing professional who combines strong commercial sales leadership with a solid understanding of food science and ingredients. You will drive revenue growth across Kerala and beyond, lead the field sales team, manage distributor relationships, and build and execute marketing strategies for CK’s product range. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who can bridge technical food knowledge with market-facing sales and marketing execution.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets for CK’s food ingredient products
- Identify and grow new business opportunities, key accounts, and distribution channels
- Lead and develop the field sales team across Kerala
- Manage and strengthen CK’s wholesale distributor network
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback studies
- Develop marketing campaigns and content that translate food science into compelling market messages
- Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to align products with market demand
- Monitor KPIs and submit regular sales performance reports to the GM
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science, Marketing, or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing managerial level experience in food ingredients or FMCG
- Working knowledge of food ingredient properties, mixing, formulation, and testing — mandatory
- Proven track record in sales growth, distributor management, and team leadership
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel 100% as required

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
