Job Summary:
Rovio Travels is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven, and sales-focused Travel Consultant – B2B Sales to build and manage a strong network of travel agents across India.
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and travel partners, and drive sales by promoting Rovio Travels’ group departure inventory and other travel services.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capability to generate consistent sales through B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and travel partners across India
- Regularly connect with agents through calls, WhatsApp, and email communication
- Promote and sell Rovio Travels’ group departure inventory to travel agents
- Share departure schedules, pricing, availability, and offers with travel partners
- Generate consistent bookings and maximize inventory utilization through B2B sales
- Identify and onboard new travel agent partners
- Follow up actively on inquiries, leads, and pending closures
- Understand market demand and provide regular feedback to management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking confirmations and service delivery
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in travel sales, B2B sales, or travel operations
- Prior experience in travel industry preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with daily outbound calling and follow-ups
- Strong negotiation and sales closure skills
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of domestic travel destinations and travel products preferred
- Existing travel agent network will be an added advantage

Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: As per experience
- Performance Incentives
- Sales-Based Bonus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
