We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to assist prospective parents and students throughout the enrollment process. The role involves providing guidance on academic programs, admissions, and fee structures while ensuring a positive experience for all inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admission-related inquiries from parents and guardians.
- Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility criteria, and fee plans.
- Coordinate and conduct campus tours for prospective families.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and support the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service will be an advantage.
