ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day flight operations for medical aircraft services, including flight planning, permits, fuel arrangements, and end-to-end logistics coordination.
- Handle fuel trading responsibilities such as sourcing fuel, managing vendor relationships, and quoting competitive fuel prices for client and third-party aircraft.
- Coordinate with the sales and client service teams to prepare quotes for air ambulance and medical transfer missions using company aircraft.
- Monitor all aspects of charter flight execution, ensuring safety, compliance, punctuality, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all flight operations adhere to aviation regulations (FAA/ICAO), internal policies, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal flight schedules, timely resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and submit daily reports to the reporting manager.
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement efforts related to flight operations and fuel management.
- For Charter division, developed integrated tools for managing quotes, fuel requests, and confirmation notes, flight itinerary, delivering one-click efficiency, complete accuracy, and substantial time optimization and more.
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager from time to time. Daily reports must be submitted to the reporting manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate (Preferred: Aviation, Logistics, or related field)
- Education and/or demonstrated knowledge of the aviation industry is essential
Experience - 3 years of work experience

- Good command of mathematics, geographical knowledge, and vocabulary

- Proficiency in aviation planning tools and operations software
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
