Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall store management, inventory control, stock, audit compliance, and store team supervision across projects and Central Store
- Strong understandings of: Civil materials (cement, steel, RMC, aggregates)
- Fabrication materials (MS plates, pipes, structural steel)Scaffolding systems (cup lock, H-frame, props, accessories)
- Oversee multiple site stores / central store
- Implement standard store procedures & controls
- Supervise store keepers
- Monitor stock levels across projects
- Optimize inventory to avoid overstocking & shortages
- Track slow-moving & non-moving items
- Identify excess consumption / wastage
- Ensure store processes comply with internal audit
- Conduct monthly audits & surprise checks
- Validate received quantities vs PO
- Inventory accuracy & Reduction in material wastage
Requirements:
- Degree in any stream.
- 3-4 years of experience in the same field
- Strong Excel / ERP skills
- Analytical & audit mindset
- Knowledge on material reconciliation
- Understanding of construction materials
- Good record-keeping
- Coordination with site & procurement teams
