Recruitment Executive – Roles & Responsibilities1. Understanding Hiring Requirements
- Coordinate with department managers to understand manpower needs.
- Create and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Plan recruitment strategies based on hiring requirements.
2. Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Search databases for suitable profiles.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future openings.
3. Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial screening calls.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
4. Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview rounds and feedback collection.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
5. Candidate Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Address candidate queries regarding the role, company, and hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
