Job Summary
As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and advising prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and representing the institution to the public.
Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment activities to attract potential students
- Provide information about academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options
- Assist students in completing application forms and required documentation
- Conduct campus tours and participate in recruitment events
- Evaluate student transcripts and assess transfer credits
- Offer academic advising to prospective students
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth admission process
Experience
- Previous experience in university admissions or education administration is preferred
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Familiarity with recruiting techniques and Ellucian software is a plus
- Ability to educate and engage with diverse groups of prospective students
- Experience working with students or in an educational setting is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
