Customer Support & Order Executive – KeaaTools
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and process orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth order completion.
- Follow up with customers and confidently encourage timely payment completion.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and payment status.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Communicate professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
