Position: Recruiter
Experience Required: 3–5 years
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Budget: 3.5-5LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding
- Understand job requirements in coordination with internal teams
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment database and pipeline
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy)
- Proficiency in sourcing through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work from our Jayanagar office in Bangalore
- Immediate availability preferred
