Job Description
Codeyoung is looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as International Sales Specialists. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with international clients, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals.
You will receive hands-on training on global markets, customer personas, and proven sales strategies to help you succeed and accelerate your career growth in the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international customers via calls and virtual platforms
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable programs
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Deliver excellent customer experience and support
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with up to 0–2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
- Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹8.36 LPA (₹4.36 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Incentives)
