Project Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within approved timelines and budgets.
- Biometric and onsite project management.
- Coordinate with government departments, dental institutions, IT vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans, milestones, progress reports, presentations, and status dashboards.
- Track deliverables, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with government policies, regulations, and procurement procedures.
- Conduct review meetings and follow up on action points.
- Support implementation of digital platforms, accreditation systems, educational reforms, or regulatory initiatives.
- Manage documentation, contracts, and communication among stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and submit periodic reports to senior management.
- Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Health Administration, Public Health, IT, or a related field.
Experience
- Usually 5–10+ years of project management experience in software.
- Experience in government projects, healthcare, education regulation, e-governance, or public sector programs is preferred.
- Experience in stakeholder management, vendor management, and project monitoring.
- MBA, MPH, MHA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate qualification may be preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications are often desirable.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
