Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering, scoping & analysis of approval processes
- Manage UAT & conduct user trainings
- Coordinate testing & training activities
- Prepare and maintain key documentation
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any technical stream
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Strong skills in analysis, documentation & stakeholder coordination
