We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Project Engineer to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving innovative hands-on learning activities, STEAM projects, and educational solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure activities are engaging, technically accurate, and aligned with educational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative STEAM, engineering, robotics, AI, IoT, and coding-based learning activities.
- Research emerging technologies, educational trends, and engineering concepts to create new project ideas.
- Build, prototype, and test activities using engineering principles and electronic components.
- Develop activity manuals, technical documentation, lesson plans, and implementation guides.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing activities based on testing and feedback.
- Work closely with curriculum developers, facilitators, and the project team to ensure smooth implementation.
- Validate project feasibility, safety, and functionality before deployment.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of educational kits and learning resources.
- Conduct internal demonstrations, testing sessions, and training for newly developed activities.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and development timelines.
- Ensure all activities align with learning outcomes and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field).
- Freshers with strong project experience or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Arduino, Microcontrollers, sensors, robotics, embedded systems, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of project development, prototyping, and testing methodologies.
