We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Client Relationship Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Explain company services clearly to customers
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process handling
Maintain records of calls and customer details
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer queries confidently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
