Salary Range
₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Officer for our Professional Salon Division. The candidate will be responsible for managing salon sales operations across Greater Noida, maintaining strong relationships with salon partners, and driving business growth through professional beauty product sales.
This is a field-based role requiring direct interaction with salon owners, managers, and professional stylists.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle approximately 150 salons within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell professional salon products to salons and beauty professionals.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with salon clients.
- Ensure regular market visits and client engagement.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new salons.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and product availability.
- Maintain daily sales reports and client visit records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum experience in field sales, preferably in:
- Professional salon products
- Beauty & cosmetics industry
- Must have direct salon dealing experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of salon market dynamics and professional beauty products.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel extensively within Greater Noida.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with an existing salon network in Greater Noida will be preferred.
- Prior experience in handling salon distribution/channel sales is an advantage.
