Core Responsibilities
- Invoice Generation: Prepare, check, and distribute accurate invoices for services or products sold.
- Data Accuracy: Verify billing information and validate pricing before submitting to clients.
- Payment Processing: Process payments, reconcile accounts receivable, and manage collections.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve billing disputes, payment discrepancies, and refund requests in a timely manner.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date customer records and financial records of transactions.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly billing reports for management.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and finance departments for billing validation.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in Hospital Billing Mandatory.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with billing software (Praczim) and MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling numerical data to prevent financial discrepancies.
- Communication: Ability to communicate with patient and their relatives regarding payments and resolve inquiries.
- Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
