Key Responsibilities
1. Production Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day textile/non-woven fabric production activities.
- Ensure production is carried out as per daily/monthly production plans.
- Monitor machine performance, manpower utilization, and production output.
- Ensure proper shift handover and maintain production records.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and Quality teams.
2. Quality Control
- Inspect raw materials, in-process material, and finished fabrics.
- Ensure fabric quality as per customer specifications and internal standards.
- Monitor key parameters such as GSM, thickness, width, strength, appearance, uniformity, and other product-specific requirements.
- Identify defects and take immediate corrective action.
- Control rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Maintain quality inspection and rejection records.
3. Process Control
- Ensure operators follow approved SOPs and work instructions.
- Monitor critical process parameters and maintain process consistency.
- Identify process deviations and report them to the concerned department.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
4. Team Management
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Guide and train operators on quality and process requirements.
- Maintain discipline and 5S on the shop floor.
- Monitor operator performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily production and quality reports.
- Prepare shift-wise production, rejection, rework, and wastage reports.
- Maintain inspection records and quality check sheets.
- Report major quality issues and production deviations to management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
