Position: HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage employee relations and HR operations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle performance management and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
MBA is mandatory
NBFC experience is also mandatory (Minimum 1 year)
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in HR management and team handling
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
