About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern for a 4 to 6 month internship to assist in creating compelling visuals across digital and print platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual looking to gain hands-on experience in luxury brand design, video content creation, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating designs for social media, digital ads, print collaterals, and in-clinic branding materials. Support the senior design team in maintaining The Face Company's visual identity across all brand touchpoints. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into engaging visuals. Assist in video editing, motion graphics, and creation of reels and short-form content for social media platforms. Create engaging and on-brand reels, stories, and short-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Manage assigned design tasks and deliver within deadlines. Stay updated on design and video trends in beauty, luxury, and aesthetics and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledge of Canva is a plus. Hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, and short-form/reels content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing tools. Basic understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory. A creative portfolio showcasing design, video editing, and motion graphics work (academic or personal projects accepted). Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced luxury brand environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics and visual storytelling. Prior interest or exposure to the beauty, wellness, or luxury sector is a plus.
