GM Sales & Marketing :
v Researching and developing different marketing opportunities and plans and implementing new sales plans.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Sales Strategies to achieve revenue targets by Developing and implementing marketing plans, managing brand strategy, and overseeing campaigns to boost market presence.
- Ensure timely Collections from Customers
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships and analysing competitor activities, and expanding the customer base.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team and managing the performance of sales and marketing staff to ensure high productivity.
- Track sales performance and analyse market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Prepare sales reports (MIS) and present to Senior / Top management along with sales forecasts and data trends.
- Prepare Outstanding Statement (MIS) and present to Senior / Top management with Reason for Delay & Action Taken
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 10 - 15 years in sales/marketing, with 5+ years in leadership. (Preferably from Paper Industry)
- Education: Bachelors in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and CRM software proficiency.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
