Job Overview:
Provide supporting role to Construction Manager in the performance of their functions. Monitoring Scaffold Procedures implemented at the worksite, assisting site team in plan, execute and have full control on site team in scaffold related activities with maintaining HSES & Quality requirements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Contractor Site Scaffolding Inspector:
- Preparation of Method statement, JSA for Scaffold related works
- Designing and preplanning the scaffold according to the specifications, weight limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, tie-offs, supports, etc
- Overseeing the erection and dismantling of the scaffold as per the approved method statement and in accordance with the plant operating procedures
- Conducting inspection and certification of the quality, suitability and safety of the scaffold as per the industrial standard and best industrial practices
- Follow-up with contractor for timely mobilization of scaffold materials
- Conduct day to day surveillance on scaffold material availability of planned activities
- Able to train the workforce as per the project requirement to maintain the Safety culture
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Minimum 10years of experience as a scaffold supervisor/inspector in the construction department
- Shall possess a recognized graduation Degree in Science (with Physics & Chemistry) or a diploma in Engineering. or Tech
- Good communication skills to handle the workforce to meet the project requirements
- Similar job execution experience is must
