Media Tech Temple is hiring dedicated and confident Malayalam Telecallers (Work From Home) to join our growing team. The primary role involves making outbound calls and communicating effectively with customers in Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain services/products clearly in Malayalam
- Maintain call records and update customer information
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements: Hardware and Skills:
- Must own a laptop or desktop
- USB headset (BPO type)
- Stable Wi-Fi connection with minimum 40 Mbps speed
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
