RBAC, Organizations, Custom Claims & Identity Federation
Management API & Authentication API
API Security, Token Validation & Session Management
Incident Management & Production Support
Tenant Migration & Platform Upgrades
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support authentication & authorization solutions across enterprise applications and APIs.
Administer and maintain Auth0 tenants, including applications, APIs, connections, roles, permissions, MFA policies, and organizations.
Develop and troubleshoot Auth0 Actions, custom claims, identity federation configurations, and platform customizations.
Support integrations with enterprise platforms, third-party Identity Providers (IdPs), and customer-facing applications.
Investigate and resolve authentication, authorization, token validation, and API security issues.
Support production incidents, platform enhancements, tenant migrations, and operational readiness activities.
Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and Support teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable identity solutions.
Preferred
- Auth0 Certification (preferred)
- Experience in Managed Services (AMS) or Application Support
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
