- Leads talent acquisition strategies to secure skilled labor and technical personnel.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, develop employer branding, manage hiring budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., Factories Act).
- The role involves partnering with plant leadership to meet workforce needs and improving hiring processes to address manufacturing skills gaps.
- Develop long-term hiring strategies for technical (CNC, Welding, Maintenance) and operational personnel.
- Oversee recruitment for both permanent, on-roll, and contractual employees, aligning with plant staffing needs.
- Optimize the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5-8 years of recruitment experience, with significant experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Understanding of technical roles, such as plant operations, quality management, and supply chain.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
