This is a client-facing B2B role focused on business development, prospect engagement, and revenue growth across the region. The role involves regular client and prospect visits, relationship building, and end-to-end ownership of the sales process within the transport, logistics, and fleet ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings strong local market understanding, can independently generate opportunities, and is comfortable managing high-value B2B relationships in a target-driven environment.
- Engage with prospective and existing clients across the region through planned client and prospect visits.
- Generate qualified leads through market outreach, networking, referrals, partnerships, and ecosystem mapping within transport and logistics clusters.
- Present and sell Lawyered’s legal-tech solutions tailored to transport, fleet, and logistics businesses.
- Own the complete business development cycle — lead generation, requirement discovery, negotiations, closures, onboarding coordination, and internal handover.
- Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the region.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, client interactions, and follow-ups through CRM and internal reporting tools.
- Share customer insights, market trends, and competitive feedback with leadership and product teams.
- Coordinate with and guide junior sales or business support team members when required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in logistics, transport, fleet management, automobile, insurance, or SaaS.
- Strong familiarity with the B2B ecosystem; existing client or partner network is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and close complex B2B deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluency in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital sales workflows.
- Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and capable of working independently in a high-accountability role.
