We receive daily student enquiries through digital marketing campaigns, WhatsApp enquiries and incoming admission calls.
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller who can professionally handle student enquiries and support our admission process.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle student admission enquiries professionally
- Answer incoming calls related to EV and Diploma courses
- Follow up interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Explain course details, fees, duration and career opportunities
- Convert enquiries into institute visits and admissions
- Maintain daily follow-up and enquiry records
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales or Admission Handling experience preferred
- Excellent Tamil communication required
- Basic English communication ability
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to work from our Egmore office
- Immediate joining preferred
