Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager - IT Sales to lead new client acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage the full B2B sales cycle for our ERP and IT services portfolio, engaging enterprise clients across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales — from lead generation and prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Identify new business opportunities across target industries for ERP and IT services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers
- Deliver compelling client presentations and solution pitches tailored to business needs
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage pipeline and client records using CRM tools
- Explore cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of proven experience in IT sales, ERP sales, or B2B technology sales
- Strong understanding of IT services, ERP solutions, or software products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated lead generation and deal-closing track record
- Experience handling domestic and/or international B2B clients
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred; certifications in sales or IT are a plus
