The primary responsibility would involve working on projects by collaborating with internal teams and clients for understanding their requirement around investments in structured credit space. It entails onboarding the transactions on our proprietary platform and monitoring on ongoing basis. The individual would be involved in researching across various financial and legal agreements, building custom financial models to perform validation and reporting of key metrics of such investments.

Work closely with clients in understanding their private credit investments and assessing requirements around their portfolios

Setup reporting dashboards on Oxane’s proprietary platform by coordinating with technology team

Build and maintain financial models to validate the Borrowing Base computations

Calculate financial covenants and other key risk metrics around client’s portfolios

Comprehend and extract relevant data from credit agreements, amendment documents and other reports as required by clients or for monitoring the transaction

Analyze the output reports and present them to clients while ensuring accuracy in logic, data and reporting formats

Basic understanding of the corporate credit landscape and core financial concepts

Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel

Analytical skills to understand loan tapes, corporate credit agreements and related financial documents

Good communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with stakeholders
