We are seeking a SAP S/4 Functional Sustain to Return (STR) Resource to join our IT team. This role is pivotal to drive global template design, configuration governance, and best-practice adoption across the full Sustain to Return lifecycle including MRO, Warranty, Exchanges & Rotable Planning . Includes heavy integration with other workstreams for service contracts, quotations, customer repair order management, and warranties.
This leader will serve as the functional design authority for STR , ensuring scalable enterprise structure design, E2E repair processing, warranty and supporting functions, cross-module integration, and disciplined RICEFW solution governance in a highly regulated, multi-entity environment.
