Job Summary
We are looking for a Hardware & Network Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer hardware, network infrastructure, printers, CCTV systems, and IT-related equipment. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of desktop support, LAN/WAN networking, and basic server administration.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
- Perform system upgrades, hardware replacements, and preventive maintenance.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications.
Network Support
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches,
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and network security.
- Support branch office network connectivity and VPN connections.
Security & Monitoring
- Install and maintain CCTV systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Certifications such as : CCNA.
Experience with firewall and VPN configuration is an added advantage.
