Job Title: Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:
- Call prospective students and parents regarding admissions.
- Explain college courses, eligibility criteria, fees, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with admission inquiries generated through website, social media, and other marketing campaigns.
- Schedule campus visits and counseling sessions.
- Maintain records of student inquiries and follow-up activities.
- Guide students through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Answer questions and resolve admission-related concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to convince and counsel students effectively.
- Experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service is preferred.
