Required pruchase manager for overseeing the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials like cement, aggregates, admixtures and other plant consumables crucial for the production of Ready-Mix Concrete at our plant.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the procurement of all raw materials, including cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other RMC-related materials.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers ensuring favorable payment terms.
- Monitor market trends for raw material pricing and availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Ensure on-time delivery of materials to minimize production disruptions.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve any performance issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to forecast material needs.
- Ensure all purchases adhere to company policies and quality standards.
